All Metro Winds saxophones feature Custom S-brass, Custom neck, Black Kangaroo skin pads with metal resonators, Blue steel springs, Floating Silver neck receiver, Custom "Art Deco" NYC Chrysler building cityscape engraving.

All Metro Winds Saxophones come with a 1 year warranty on the mechanical integrity of the saxophone in normal use. This does not including pads, felts or corks.

All saxophone purchases come with a 3 day trial period and a 3% restocking fee after inspection if returned. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Returned items need to be shipped within 4 days unless otherwise agreed . Upon receipt of returned merchandise, we will refund the cost of your order minus 3% and minus the original shipping fees.
All refunds are issued and completed within 10 days of receiving the returned merchandise.
All returns or exchanges require prior authorization. Please call 845-551-5416 for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This RAN number must be written on the outside of the package for us to accept it.
Please make sure all returns are packed well in the original packing and fully insured. We reserve the right to refuse uninsured packages. Refunds cannot be processed for items that are returned in damaged condition.
